My name is Jeff Anderson. I’m the President and co-owner of Bulletproof InfoTech, an IT services firm serving small and mid-sized companies, with 17 staff and offices in Red Deer and Calgary, Alberta. We provide services ranging from procurement and project implementation to help-desk and onsite support, and our primary focus across all of our efforts is on saving time and money for our clients.
2010 is my 18th year running a business and except for a 2 year period in the late 1990′s I’ve been working in the IT industry since 1992. Recently, some people whose opinions I value have persuaded me that I may in fact occasionally have something useful to say, and that I should say those things publically. Hence, a blog.
With that in mind, I will attempt in future posts to provide some value. You can expect to see two broad topic areas:
- “Stuff” I’ve learned or am still learning about running a business, managing people, dealing with clients, and so on.
- Technology and services that can enable small and mid-sized companies to be more competitive and profitable.
